Community Moderator (Volunteer)

Keep the Sudanna community safe, welcoming, and professional across every section of the job board and beyond.

Responsibilities

• Review listings and posts for accuracy and compliance with our guidelines
• Flag inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Answer straightforward user questions and point people in the right direction
• Support platform testers by confirming or triaging what they report

What we're looking for

• Strong, fair, and calm communication
• Good judgement and willingness to follow moderation guidelines
• Some familiarity with online communities or marketplaces is a plus
