Responsibilities
- Review listings and posts for accuracy and compliance with our guidelines
- Flag inappropriate, misleading, or fraudulent content
- Answer straightforward user questions and point people in the right direction
- Support platform testers by confirming or triaging what they report
What we're looking for
- Strong, fair, and calm communication
- Good judgement and willingness to follow moderation guidelines
- Some familiarity with online communities or marketplaces is a plus
