UX/UI Feedback Specialist (Volunteer)
Provide structured feedback on how Sudanna feels to use — where the interface is clear, where it isn't, and how it could flow better.
Responsibilities
- Walk through every major user journey (browsing, posting, applying, messaging)
- Identify confusing, slow, or inconsistent interactions
- Suggest concrete improvements, not just problems
- Work closely with testers and admins to prioritise fixes
What we're looking for
- Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
- Ability to explain feedback clearly, not just "this feels off"
- A creative, detail-oriented mindset
